The objective was a logo that would not only represent the brand’s ethos but also carry the versatility needed for various aesthetic applications, including merchandise.
Together, we developed a sleek, monochromatic logo that captures the essence of Joshua James Photography’s brand. The logo’s typeface is clean and modern, with a special focus on the "o" and "a," which are crafted to visually represent a camera on a tripod, a nod to the photographer’s craft. This symbol is cleverly integrated into the text without disrupting the logo’s legibility, maintaining the Scandinavian design’s characteristic simplicity. The camera icon serves as a standalone symbol as well, ideal for use on merchandise where a full logo might not be practical.
